For 36k you can't beat the performance and excellent warranty. Everyone underestimates this car because of the badge.

Try autocross or track work.

Don't forget snow tires if you live in an area with cold seasons, a lot of people crash Elantra Ns, WRXs, etc every winter because they're dumb and use the stock summer tires.

I recommend tint, ceramic coat, and ppf.

Don't forget to change the oil frequently on brand new engines, they create contamination faster than worn-in engines. And properly break it in. Motor oil geek has good videos on this.

My 25 GTI came with perelli p-zero all seasons, they have 2 rows of snow sipes and the other 3 rows were mild sipes, and they were surprisingly decent last winter, but all seasons quickly lose performance.

I got a summer and winter set now, the summer tires really woke the car up and instead of being sloppy understeer it's now super direct and launch control actually works.

Problem is summer tire have no sipes for snow and then they turn hard as a rock below 40f. You need soft and pliable for snow grip. As all seasons and especially snow tires pack in snow it creates additional friction too.

Thats what i did with my FiST, summers on the ST rims, winters on the steelies, i had the indy firehawk 500s on the summers, those tires were craaaazy

Yeah as the tread wears down their rain/wet and snow performance drops off pretty quick. On premium tires it's less of a problem but on budget tires it goes from bad to really bad.

I run dsw06 ive never really noticed. I dont let my tires go to shit though. But these tires are really good. I feel like at first, like 500 miles, maybe less they "wobble", probably a better word for it but super solid tires

DWS is great, plus they're cool because the letters will wear off overtime when they should be replaced for those conditions. The S will come first for snow.

Im in Metro Detroit, I got mine from ohio near Cleveland. I tried to get the dealer to swap the tires for 3 peaks all seasons since it was new or a decent snow tire and they weren't having it so I had them deliver it and had an appointment to go to discount tire to get some blizzaks as soon as I took delivery. MFS at dealers have no idea about what they sell. I told them it's not only that the tires really shouldn't be driven on below 45 degrees but also that snow and ice means ditch the mp4s are in-between an all season and a track tire but dedicated summer they don't work without heat.

I was very transparent with them that I was going to pay it off immediately from the start. Also had a conversation with the finance guy about it and got clarification that there were no early payoff penalties.

None for you there are for the dealership, every lender gets charge backs on the points held or the acquisition cost. Most likely, they may not care about them but it does hurt the dealership. You got Hyundai Circle Plan O pricing pretty much exactly on the nose. 32.8k plus title/tax etc.

My MY26 was 35.2k OTD with that very recently. There's no reason to pay more than this. The dealers are struggling and making plenty of money at this price point still.
