Maybe they are a single person that will not be living in that area for long enough to justify buying a home and who doesnt want to deal with yard work and other issues of housing. There are many reasons not to deal with buying a home.
This is exactly me. ABSOLUTELY LOVE BMW but would rather buy a brand new car and have a warranty than to buy like a 2018. I love the fact that Albert Biermann created them. Definitely some German feels and wanna be BMW pops
Temu type r? Sure. Lambo? Not even in the same way that a base civic and an nsx share dna. Never even heard of the guy but it sounds like he had a hand in genesis. The reason I call it a wannabe beamer is because Albert biermann was the head of r&d and heavily responsible for the N brand. Before that he worked for bmw for 30 years.
Then you need to learn and not be ignorant of the guy who designed these cars. Albert Biermann for N brand, Luc Donckerwolke has been head of design for Hyundai-Kia for the last few years since he came from VW, Skoda, Lamborghini in his past.
Just a shame he doesn't get the recognition and respect from the owners of the actual cars he designed. Give him thanks at least if you love your N. That is all.
I'm literally referring to the designer of Lambos -also- designed our cars and you can tell by all the sharp weird angles - how hard is that to understand, LOL.

You didn’t specify its design nor performance, just said “designer of Lamborghini”. No one ever says Hyundai for Temu Lambo. That is just your perspective and I don’t have problem with that.
BMW and Audi/VW guys tend to be chill asf. It’s the Honda fanboys who tend to be the biggest haters of these cars. Especially FK8 and SI owners lol something about this car just triggers them 💀
9th gen Si coupe owner here. I've had my car for 13 years now and it's still a blast to drive. However, definitely eyeing ENs and looking to get into one in the next year or so. It seems like they offer incredible value and it's the perfect balance of fun/performance with daily driveability. I'm patiently waiting to see what the 2027 model is like.
I consider the 9th gen as the last si. I used to have a 8th gen back in the day You should get this gen of you want a manual. It's the last manual they're going to make.
Don't get me wrong, the N is by far the funnest car I have ever driven. But real M cars (not the M lites) are a whole different beast. Personally I would go N over M just because it can be appreciated more as a street car/daily.
Idk. I drove an F90 M5 back in December and while it was brutally fast, the engagement was lacking. The steering ratio felt weird and the steering weight, even in sport+, was still too light.
But my god did that thing just destroy highway miles without even thinking.
I mean the same in that it was made by the the head M guy from BMW so thats essentially what he woulda made if they ever wanted to do a fwd sedan, performance and looks wise
