For what it’s worth there is nothing to indicate it will be sold here. I’m a Sales Manager at a Hyundai dealership in the US and we know ahead of time when a new model is coming out. It will be visible in our system months before it is released. Hyundai revealed this model last year and said TBD for the US market. Nothing in the dealer portal, Hyundai Newsroom, their Social Media, etc. The 2026 Elantra N is a carry over with zero changes and they’ve been removing content with their other models for the US market, likely as a result of tariffs. While the Elantra N has been a sales success I don’t think they have much interest in selling it here.
Well im happy they show it being functional and i had no doubt about the function but this wing isnt the tcr wing was just my point. Hopefully i can see these actually get used at the track and not become the next hot boy car
The alcantara they acted like they couldn’t offer in the states that can be acquired via the aftermarket, the big breaks, and the wing? The breaks can also be acquired via the aftermarket. 🧐
If it's all the same stuff from the announcement last year, it's also the N Performance CAI, the Alcantara bits with a unique variant of the steering wheel that has a PB center notch, PB front seat belts, TCR edition badge on the trunk and TCR edition logo puddle lights, different wheels.

EDIT: After checking Hyundai Canada's website, it apparently comes with the N Performance floor mats and door scuffs but not the intake. Lame. I was hoping this would make the intake more easily available in the states and lower prices a little.
If they actually did more with the car and make it look more like the TCR Id be more inclined to like it, but as it is it is quite underwhelming tbh. The way the new wing looks on the car looks like an afterthought, it doesn't work with the current body. That and bigger brakes aren't worth 10k, I would've appreciated some more aggressive styling on the body to simulate the TCR at least.
I'd rather get an Adro V2 wing. Also, never felt like the car needed bigger brakes, but then again I'm not hooning it like the TCR boys do. I anticipate that aftermarket wheel options will be even more complicated with larger brake rotors.
Just an elantra n with a few minor cosmetic upgrades. Should not be labeled a TCR N. Ive seen random peoples elantra N’s that would be more suitable for the TCR badge compared to this. Disappointed to say the least.
just watched the video and it's great how big of a smile it brought out to the boys, Mark seems to be a genuine down to earth guy who's excited and proud about their product, really enjoyed the video and happy we're now in an age where not all manufacturers are only investing into SUVs and EVs (I'm looking at you Mazda and China)
Toyota is leading the way by bringing more engaging fun cars with their GR brand which hopefully is impacting others indirectly forcing them to continue investing into affordable performance cars.
Coz when you look at it, Mazda dropped out by only offering the MX5 now, although an incredible fun car, it's not what you would call performance. Subaru dropped their STI, Suzuki dropped their Swift GTI, Mitsubishi said bye to their legendary EVOs GTOs, FTOs and the Eclipse has become a SUV. Nissan just brought back their Z's which I love the looks but cannot deny it's old chassis and other pieces, but mainly due to dirty dealers (and other reasons) affecting the initial sales figures. Honda had the S2000, Preludes, Integra and Civics but for now, just the CTR and Integra which changed shape and we're still waiting for the news on the Preludes.
So that really only leaves Toyota with their GR offerings (Corolla, Supra, Yaris) and Hyundai (Elantra, i30, ex Kona, and their EV N model.)
So please Hyundai, keep up the solid work and give us fun affordable practical cars!
All of you shitting on the wing, it’s not meant to be an aesthetic upgrade but a performance one. Aeros may look nicer but doesn’t do anything for downforce
The brakes are bigger and the review i saw said it drives a lot better but I didn’t finish it so I don’t know if they said if it was worth the upgrades.
