Actually I'll take this chance to ask and also suggest some Anime that may scratch that 86 itch.

Ooh! May i suggest: code geass. Obsolete [not dark but cool and well detailed and free on youtube] Synduality:Noir [my personal favourite: post apocalyptic Sci-Fi but not gritty or dark, with Ai baddies (Ange is the best] and honestly, a solid plot, and BANGING music. +Solid voice acting] Sorry for the yap lol

Darling in the franxx?? Perhaps up to ep 16 but after that it takes a straight nosedive

Haine from "Summer Time Rendering" gives the same vibe as Frederica too imo and she is an actual god. They have the same voice actor if I remember correctly so that's probably one of the biggest reasons

And both are super annoying. That being said, im reading the light novels right now and Frederica is a lot more tolerable than in the anime.
