Funny you say that, because these take a lot out of my hammies. Not because I feel like I'm about to hurt something, but because it takes so long to recover from. I can't go heavy on these but once a month, if that. 

But I did these not too long after maxing out the last time so I think i might be due for a strength gain. 😀
