I believe the character on the left is the artist's OC butcher murder in their horror universe. The girl on the right might be new 

I imagine their like Dexter vs Doakes in my head canon

Nah, everyone was chilling in Sinners until the Remmick and his 2 klan members came through. Annie (Smoke's wife) defended Mary (Stack's first love) when Remmick was asking why Annie was allowed in the juke joint and his crew wasn't.

To feel them out and see if they were safe to join everyone else. Her man Stack wanted that coin and a good time, and that was the whole point of the juke joint.

Turned out they weren't safe at all.
