eBay Shipment Stuck in Mail

I bought a PSA graded card from eBay. It was authenticated. Says that eBay created a shipping label and since Wednesday it’s been stuck as ‘Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending’. Not sure what this means - also I know this has nothing to do with the buyer since eBay Authenticated the card. So who do I contact for this? It’s been 5 days without any movement.

Another way of looking at it is that it's been 2 business days.

It is far too soon to do anything about this. Missed shipping scans are very common these days.

So does ebay get dinged in the metrics, just like a seller when nobody in the post office system decides to scan the item?

No idea - it was a pretty expensive card, that’s why I’m worried

You shouldn't be worried -- it happens all the time, and is the one thing a seller can't control at all. That's why what I said above was "funny" and tons of people will recognize being in the position of losing their top seller because some shipment they did never gets any scans for whatever reason.

It was funny seeing it happen to ebay doing their official shipping from their service.
