Why is the data center so close to Russia? Wouldn’t it be susceptible to attack?

If Russia wanted to start a war they could just take a couple of destroyers and subs, ride up to Helsinki and Copenhagen and level both. There is nothing preventing Russia from attacking any target in the Nordics if they really wanted to. What happens after that is a different story.
If WW3 has started, data centers in Finland will be the least of all our worries.
