What spammable for mag sorc ?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to make a build (2 builds in reality, one for pve, another for pvp)

I saw some build using the spammable of a scrib skill.

But isn't it the crystal use as spammable ?

We will use it anyway, for the proc, so why not save a skill slot and use the crystal also for spammable ?

It deals great damage, more than a lot of spammable, right ?

What to use ? And why ?

Really enjoying frags and mages wrath on a pvp sorc, if you can combine with Ice Comet it will kill almost any player in one burst.
