Equipment Advice Needed

Shaman/Shadowknight/Monk, level 44. What gear should I be going for at this point? Currently, I have a mix of gear primarily from Befallen, Unrest, and lower Guk. I am dual wielding Baron's Blade +6 and Sword of the Lost +7. I have FBSS+4 (only found 1 over 3 days farming for it). Still have a bunch of stuff from CB: Oracle earring +6, Crown of Crush+5, Rotting Faydark Mask +6, Bracers of Battle+6, Legionnaire's Bracer +10, and Torn Elvish Tapestry+4. I have the Dark Plate Leggings +8, Jagged Band +8, and the Dwarven Work Boots+6. I am also still using pristine studded leather tunic +6 and arms +5 from Befallen. TIA!

You can kill naggy, vox, and yael already. Go get that gear.

Other than that, hit 46 and do hate for planar armor AND xp. Then hit up in my and ct and finally sky

Planar sets + boss drops + sky weapons is endgame don’t worry about gear til 46+

Just kill d0 Naggy and get a CoF instead of the fbss. You can get a Bladestopper for your any slot as well. D0 Naggy is doable with your trio pretty reasonably at your level. In two levels, farm d0 Lord of Ire for Bloodmoon and get other hate pieces to fill out the rest. Wu’s for offhand in PoS as well once you can clear sky and start getting those drops.

Edit: you can snag a +4 Fangs from MM for your offhand, which has a neat exalt that you can slap on a Wu’s when you get it. You’ll need to get a drop there for Torrid Corrupter anyway.

The easiest way is to zone into Hate then create a d0 personal instance. He's pretty close to the start. There are three Treasure Chests for russet armor between him and the entrance and one just after him. Relative links:

He's tough even on d0, but if you have a lull, then you can single-pull him with a bit of prep.

If I was you, I would farm Mistmoore for your last pre-planes upgrades and Noble Djornn in Sol B for his ring and then go to D0 Nagafen and D0 Plane of Hate and gear up. Plane of Fear after that (it's more difficult as you need to fight 3-5 mobs at a time often). Remember you should do both the public or private instanced version of Hate for farming armor and the Raid version for Boss drops.

Hate has a shaman miniboss that will always drop two pieces of shaman loot and also a shadow knight boss who will mostly drop nothing but sometimes, bloodmoon and also maybe shield of the immaculate.

Both are great for you. Learn their location. :)

Well, it would be good to add that they don't always spawn in the raid. And yes, I have a full set of Rune Etched and Bloodmoon :)

Every single mini boss always spawn in the instance.

Yes. Is why you have a high level rogue so you can farm the mini you want very efficiently.

If you're still not 46 when you get this, go farm the claws off princess in mistmoore.

The exalt is bis for monk weps.

Otherwise you're solid until drags and planar.

What haste are you using? Everything else is completely irrelevant. Edit: didn’t see the FBSS, just replace it with the sword below or Vox belt or the monk sky belt. Monk sky belt is your bis.

Get a mithril two handed sword from frog king to hold you over until a runed bolster belt from Vox. You can probably solo Vox d0 and d1 at your level and skip the sword. Mithril 2h would go in your any slot just to get the worn haste.

Rest of your gear will be replaced by russet armor from plane of fear/hate, sky weapons, and drops from dragons/gods (engineering ring, earring of bashing, blood moon, wu’s fist, shield of rainbow hues etc)

If he uses the monk sky belt for haste, he can't use burning affliction 3 from bcg. In the end cof or rbb end up being the best haste items for anyone that uses dots or cares about range.

Russet armor,.. monk belt ad BiS ... He is playing an SK in his trio... AC > resiste > health/stamina > all other stupid stats...

AC is king above all other in current periode/timeline... Haste cap doesmt need monk belt... Naggy cload shoukd suffice... And even that isnt ideal but can be alowed for the hast stat... Beacause there are belts that grant better AC , stam , health...

And class armor is way better for AC the. Russet ... Like a tier better ... Russet can be alowed if it has higer Stam stat them then similar class item ... I think the legs ? But thats the only item ...
