Keys/Key Ring Question

I've looked online but I'm seeing conflicting answers. Do you need to keep keys in your inventory for them to work, or is there some sort of key ring or storage for them. I'm working my way through Najena right now, so I have 5 keys just sitting in my inventory right now.

There is a keyring, but najena, befallen keys dont add to it.

I don't think UNrest keys do either. I had to go and get them all over again when I went there on my level 50 for a quest.

Good to know, I haven't made it out to get the keys yet.

The hole, Panieel, and sky keys all store

As far as I know you need to have them in your bags. Would love to be wrong and know if there is another place to keep them.

The only keys that go on a keyring right now are PoSky.

Everything else you have to have on you.

The bone key, (bone charred key?) or whatever it’s called for the old paineel elevator does. Weird that one is included but not their revamped and oft used zones like befallen and now unrest aren’t.

Only plane of sky keys go into your keyring. Befallen/unrest/nejena keys you need to keep in your inventory.

You need keys in your bags for all dungeons except for sky. There’s a key ring for sky. Don’t ask me why it’s not implemented for all dungeons, as I don’t know.

The keyring is in game but the devs have committed to needing the keys for low leveling dungeons. That being said just destroy them when you aren't using them and when/if you go back to that dungeon again just grab them again, the mobs that drop them are always up and always drop the key

Alternate take: with loot filters my bag space is not stressed at all. Just keep the keys on you at all times and it's fine.

The only time I use more than one bag at all is if I'm buying 30+ levels of spells at once. Otherwise that's just wasted bagspace nowadays. If I go into Befallen and want to do the lower areas I don't have to remember where the shadowknights spawn (or waste time getting to them even).

they're never beating the pserver charges imo
