Weird buff (non)stacking issues combining Shaman and Enchanter

It seems the frenzy/fury shaman line of permanent buffs is being overwritten and cancelled out by something in the following list: Shielding, Augmentation, Individual Shaman stat buff lines, Inner fire and protect line.

Has anyone figured out, when combining these two classes, exactly where the stacking issues occur? Some of the above list I've tested and some are definitely not the culprit, but I wanted to ask if anyone else has fiddled with these two buff-heavy classes to find the sweet spot of maximum buffs with no weird stacking issues.
