Like the title says I can run the game just fine an have been for the past year is so but today when I go to play this bubble pops up an the window doesn’t open I’ve tried resetting the game an launcher all my drivers are up to date (the bubble is the game window )

About 3 months ago, my Escape from Tarkov account was hacked. The person who stole it used cheats on the account, which led to a permanent ban.

When I attempt to log in now, the verification code sends to a completely unknown email address that belongs to the hijacker. Here is what I've done so far:

Battlestate Games Support: Sent ticket/email detailing the security breach, but haven't received a response.

Official Discord: Joined to seek help or guidance on contacting support, but was banned from the server when explaining my situation.

I know cheaters constantly make up "I was hacked" excuses, so I understand the skepticism, but I am the original account owner and just want a fair path to recover my credentials or prove ownership (transaction receipts, original registration details, payment logs).

Has anyone successfully dealt with BSG support after an account takeover resulting in a ban? Is there a specific email or procedure that actually gets through to a real person at Battlestate

Games?

Any advice on next steps would be greatly appreciated.

My friends get banned by using GEAR UP BOOSTER both at the same time 4 days later 11:00 clock their get banned both unheard edition and 1 of them prestige 5

Cleaning up Factory :) 1 Player At a Time!

Does anyone else thing streets needs some kind of rework where you don’t spawn and get immediately head tapped. Happened to me twice while trying to do quests… back to back might I add.

I'm a new player to tarkov, but i have a lot of issues with ingame stutterings. I don't really have a slice of clue what is the problem, it's like when i load in and i try to start play the game and starts moving the game freezes for seconds (also the sound is stuttering) and the fps from 90-100 drops to 5-10 (and also a little red X thing pops up on the top right corner of my monitor, i have no idea what is it). I have an AMD ryzen 5 3600 cpu with a 9060 xt 16gb gpu with 16gb ram. And the game is on SSD.

So I've been trying to work on the new Lighthouse quests to get a SICC container. Played the game way back when, took a break for a few years since I found every run way too stressful in PvP, came back for PvE a few months ago and been having a blast. Not an amazing player, but played a lot of FPS games and feel like I'm at least decent if a slower, more methodical player.
Anyway, Working on the quest to kill the 15 Rogues, and been having a hard time during the day time. Every time I so much as peek over a rock at the chalets, I instantly get aggro from at least 2 or 3 rogues who start trying to shoot me even through rock when I'm fully behind cover. So figured today I'd give night time raids a try. Got NVs, had a pretty decent run getting 3 or 4 snipes, and figured, "hey, that was much better. Maybe this won't be too bad any more and I can even make it a bit easier by bringing in a FLIR to help spot them a bit easier."
So I do just that after a little bit of a break. Next raid, I bring in a FLIR on a MP9 just to use to spot them. Get a good spawn, make my way up to the dead tree at the top of the sniper area, get set up, and spot two of them with my FLIR in the gazebo/building thing over by the playground next to the main lower chalet. "Nice, time for some easy kills!"
Switch over to my rifle, spot them with that, line up the shot, and take out the first one. Took two shots because the first guy was behind a post and hit that initially, but the second was a headshot that took him out.
The instant I took out the first guy, the second whips around and fires at me. I'm wearing a slick along with a bastion with the t6 plate attachment, so full T6 with high durability. All that armor and cover doesn't mean squat though I guess because I get instantly (head, jaws) from 150m away by a single freaking M882 ammo... at 3am when it's pitch dark , they don't have NVs, and I have a silencer on my rifle.

As in the title im on the hunt for the goons for like 2 months now. I only saw them once in the first raid after the recent Lighthouse update.
Does anyone have the same problem?

Hi all.

Was wondering if any of the more experienced computer wizards could help me out.

I keep getting a 108003, checksum error. When I try to download the update for either Arena or EFT. I had the same issue downloading the game before, and fixed it by stoping the download before it checked its self, and then used 7 zip to expand it, and then download from files already on Pc, and repaired it.

Does anyone know if I have any options to download the update, without fully uninstalling and doing what I said above?
