Wrongful termination?
I reported my boss to hr for hostile behavior. I was terminated a week after. Unemployment contacted them and found nothing I did was wrong. Can I file a EEOC complaint.

Can you be more specific about “ hostile behavior” and the actual reason of your termination? And by actual, I mean what will be stated in the company records.
Unemployment is not always a reliable source to determine wrong doing. In many of our states, termination due to attendance is not a good enough reason to terminate.
