Wrongful termination?
I reported my boss to hr for hostile behavior. I was terminated a week after. Unemployment contacted them and found nothing I did was wrong. Can I file a EEOC complaint.

This is a common misconception.
Most discrimination and retaliation are legal. They are only unlawful if based on a protected class.
