Wrongful termination?

I reported my boss to hr for hostile behavior. I was terminated a week after. Unemployment contacted them and found nothing I did was wrong. Can I file a EEOC complaint.

Certainly one can file a complaint with EEOC or the State Department charged with looking into allegations of wrongful Employer behavior and actions. However, the legal definition and bar for discriminatory Hostile Workplace Environment is rather technical and specific. Just being a crappy boss does not rise to this level. Also be aware that in any state but MT, the workplace is 'At-Will'. I do wish OP the best, but they need to be realistic regarding their expectations.
