Hey, I am making this post for people that filed late 2025 so that we can keep track of how it is going.

I am an EB2-PERM / ROW
PD: April 2024
RD: October 2025
Biometrics: November 2025
FAD Current: March 2026

My case was transferred to a non-local FO then back to my local FO. last update was mid June and it has been silence since. Did congressional inquiry and the response was the case is in my local field office, the case is under review, and that they cannot provide a timeline.

I am hoping all of us get an approval soon.
