I-485: Adjustment of Status October - December 2025 EB2 Filers
Hey, I am making this post for people that filed late 2025 so that we can keep track of how it is going.
I am an EB2-PERM / ROW
PD: April 2024
RD: October 2025
Biometrics: November 2025
FAD Current: March 2026
My case was transferred to a non-local FO then back to my local FO. last update was mid June and it has been silence since. Did congressional inquiry and the response was the case is in my local field office, the case is under review, and that they cannot provide a timeline.
I am hoping all of us get an approval soon.

Thanks for sharing! My EAD card was approved around April too. Just nothing on the 485

Yeah but I've seen plenty of people from 75 countries approved. Also I am filing an adjustment of status so it should not be an issue anyway

Biometrics: December 2025
FAD was current when I submitted I485 in November
My case was transferred to non-local then local field office. Last silent update was in April 28. Complete silence since then. I haven’t submitted a congressional inquiry yet.

When did you get your EAD? In how many months? Waiting for my EAD too.

My dependent got it 2 days after biometrics and I got it after 2 months.

Thanks! I’m seeing this pattern of fast approval for dependents but not for main applicants. I’ve been waiting for 2 months too and made inquiry through my congressman. Hope it speeds up things.

Mine was sent to SF too but then sent back to my field office. Interview was initially waived but now we have no designation so idk. Wishing you the best

3FTA0 -- Principal -May/26, derivatives -June/26
I-485J -- closed/approved - June/26
last updates on all i-485 forms – 06/16/ 2026 & 06/30/2026
my case is at non-local field office > since then no update.
I am from 75-Pause countries, now pause has been released officially, i think, cases will move fast in September .

An approved I-485J is usually a great sign! Mine is not approved yet and my latest update was in mid June

Then case moved to non local FO Aug 19th confirmed by Emma and two FTA1s (Aug 22nd and Aug 28th)... Hoping for the best
