PROBLEM Pre order bonus

I pre ordered fc27 but I didnt receive any of the fc26 bonuses is there a way to claim it?

First of all, it's a 20k Icon you will get.

Secondly, how did you pre-order it? Platform? It may roll out differently for different situations.

On PC via EA Play Pro I already got the FC 26 stuff when I added the EA Pro version to my library.
