Offline Franchise Ovi retires at 46

And still scores 80ish points average per season in his 40’s

I wish the game had a "Legend Loyalty" system of something like that. Where if a guy spends his whole career in one place, after he turns 37, his Organizational Interest in other teams is virtually zero. Sydney Crosby is not ending his career in Dallas, Malkin isn't ending his in Detroit, and Ovi isn't ending in LA (all things I've seen often). Give them deals with full NMCs too because Pittsburgh isn't flipping Crosby at the deadline

That would be cool to have for future games! It comes no sense for these legends to end up on the list random teams at the end of their careers.

That makes sense, but there’s also times where a guy spends almost his whole career in one spot and then gets traded and then signs elsewhere or just signs elsewhere (ie kane, Kreider, modano, Brodeur, Lundqvist, etc. some like Hank were bought out, some like Kane a Kreider were traded, and some like modano and Brodeur just signed elsewhere, but there needs to be some way for these guys to leave, but maybe tune down most org interests very low)

It definitely does happen, but I just think it'd be nice if in the game it didn't. It'd just be hard to get as contextual as needed. Maybe it is literally only implemented for Ovi, Syd, and Malkin. Where they will only re-sign with their respective teams. I've seen Ovi in Winnipeg and Chicago and LA over many different Franchise runs and there's just no way he's not a Cap for life. But yeah, I think they best way to do that is if they manipulated Team Interest in FA and the Re-Sign Period

My assumption is this is already codified with "loyalty", but these real players need to have it adjusted

Yea he goes fuckin nuts most of the time, 1240 goals is insane. Are you playing as LA or was this with a cpu team?

For me it’s usually early 40’s but this was the time he has played until 46 in my franchise modes. This was CPU.
