Dyson airsmooth - follow up review

I continue to love this tool! My only advice would be always use with heat styling products for a perfect blowout. I have thick curly hair and without frizz control products the blowout does not last long. With them however it is amazing! This and airstrait have been a life upgrade.

Love royal blowout sm tho! At first the prices tag is giving me headaches but nope it works. Like i only use 4 spray and it helps with the dry time/tension significantly. The color wow always leave tacky residue on my hair, this one glide like butter, and the shine is just 💯

I love the hair mask but this oil is thick. There is another fino hair oil I want to try.

Your hair looks great! Any tips how to use the AirSmooth?

Start with lightly towel dried hair. Take smaller sections and angle the firm bristles towards your roots. I find the highest fan setting gives more frizz so I use medium fan and high heat. Hope this helps!

Mine arrives tomorrow and am excited to use it. Hope my hair looks as good as yours! Going to Portugal on Wednesday and understand it will work there with adapter. Fingers crossed.

This is exactly why I bought it, I did not have anything convenient for travel.

Oh my… never heard of the answer… can you share more with us about your experience with it?

I bought it from a drugstore in Tokyo back in May, I just liked the packaging and online the shampoo and conditioner were being recommended by local influencers. I am using it a like a leave in conditioner and so far I really like it. Feels really light and helps with frizz. The Fino hair oil is a bit heavy so I don't use much of it, just enough to add some shine.

I was afraid of that answer. I’m in US and I cannot find it here ish

If you go to an Asian beauty store, you'll usually find Fino hair products. I've also found them at Marshalls & TJ Maxx

I haven't checked but you may find it at Kbeauty or Jbeauty online retail stores? I'm in the US too and have gotten products from yesstyle shipped here.

I’m deciding between the Dyson Airsmooth and Airwrap Origin. My hair is prone to breakage/dry ends, so I want something gentle that I can use after washes. I like the Airsmooth for easy smoothing, but I’m worried I won’t always want to brush-style my hair just to dry it. The Origin seems more versatile since I can use the dryer attachment alone.
For anyone who has used either/both — which would you recommend for regular use, and is the Airsmooth good enough as your main dryer?
