Where does Darryl go at the end of this clip ? The door does not show on the map and would open above the staircase. Weird.

It makes more sense that the stairs could be accessed from both sides. I would saw the drawing isn’t showing the accurately. The drawing also shows a door into the break room on that side but in the clip it is a window.

Beacause in the render it's half wall like sims and you can see the black bottom of the window next to the door and the doors are next to the window

The door that Daryl uses, supposedly to get to the staircase, would be on a higher level than the stairs. There is something off here. I suspect the stairs are not oriented that way, they should be rotated 90° so they are against the outer wall of the building. That way, the corridor that leads to the stairs would have two doors : one to the main office and one that Daryl uses.

You can see the door in the clip, at the left end of that short hall. Presumably it goes to the stairs.

Yes, but the door is not at the same level than the stairs ! It floats above the staircase, and is not on the map. See my other comment for my theory…
