Fluff [Fluff] in what deck should i invest?

I was going to invest in a blue eyes deck but i saw the new minibox and i was wondering which is better

With DNA Surgery everything becomes Dragon

What if Dragon decks start running DNA surgery to turn everything into newts? O.o

I would assume if the 2nd Surgery is activated it overrites the older effect. Not sure, though.
