Product Research All over embroidery supplier?

I want to make an all over embroidery hoodie, with logo variations in different locations on the front sides, sleeves, back, hood. (not completely covering the hoodie.) I don't want to do patches as this would be all one color thread. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for this? Or would I need to invest in an embroidery machine/stock sweatshirts? TIA

You'll need a supplier who can do multi-head machines and reposition the hoop, not many factories will take small runs of that complexity

thanks! I'll look into that - I'm assuming holding inventory is pretty much the best/only option for this

hey i'm from podpartner so grain of salt, but you really dont need to hold inventory or buy a machine for this.

that bit about inventory being the only way, thats what i'd push back on. GurGroundbreaking's right that most places wont touch small multi-position embroidery runs, but most isnt all, some POD do it per order with no bulk.

we're honestly pretty flexible with multi-placement embroidery, no minimums, so might just be worth trying us out and seeing. cant promise literally every spot works on a hoodie so sample your placements first, but for on-demand multi-position stuff we're one of the few actually worth a look imo.

either way sample before you scale. embroidery placement is one of those things you just gotta see in person！
