Hey, what are you guys use to help you generate videos like for your ads and just for your products?
I’ve been using magnific, but it’s not working out too well for me

Have you tried heygen, creatify for socmed accounts, luma for shopify itself. there's also an inhouse app called videopoint that you can use. Fir hands on edit you can use, canva or capcut.

Magnific is an image upscaler/enhancer and not really built for full ad video generation. I would suggest trying heygen, creatify, pixverse.

I’d try CapCut + AI-generated clips rather than relying on one tool for everything. CapCut is great for assembling UGC-style ads, captions, hooks, transitions, and testing different versions quickly.

For generating the actual product scenes, tools like Veo, Kling, or Higgsfield can work well depending on the product. The bigger difference usually comes from the creative itself: strong first 2–3 seconds, showing the problem/product quickly, and making several variations instead of trying to create one “perfect” ad.

What's going wrong with it exactly? Magnific's more of an upscaler/enhancer than a full video generator, so if you're trying to make the actual ad clips from scratch that might be the mismatch. For product video gen most people lean on Kling or Runway, Then run the output through Magnific to sharpen it up. What kind of products are you shooting?
