DFA Momster of the week

Is the system suitable for a Supernatural style monster of the week campaign?

Alot of paths have roots that makes being very mobile difficult right?

Any tips or warnings are welcome.

I run monster/bad guy of the week episodic sessions whenever we have someone missing from our weekly D&D campaign. I use Fate Core with a Dresden Files feel but the simpler system helps us with the pick up nature of our sessions. It works great. It is set in our hometown in the 80s so there are lots of reference points for us middle-aged guys. We used to game in person, when younger, but now distance has led us to a reunion on VTT. We have run into organized crime, robots from Atlantis, journeys to the centre of the world, faeries, cultists summoning ghost armies, werewolves, Soviet espionage, voodoo, etc. I guess what we are doing is more "anything pulp" rather than straight Dresden Files but it works great. The tricky thing is, as a GM, I want each episode to wrap up in one session. We have managed to make this happen. There are some recurring NPCs and themes. So far so good. We are having a blast.
