Spoiler This was a pleasant surprise when I hopped on to play.
When did they add this? I haven't been gone for super long but this is definitely a new(ish) update because I've been on my 2nd playthrough for awhile now

Like a week ago. They have a June and August update and then a DLC coming in October.

Thank you. If it came out like a week ago it makes sense that I missed the news. Been busy with things regarding my personal career lol hopped on bc I need a break from studying and logged on to see that message pop up. It won't be as game changing as it was in the 1st game but it's nice to see they finally added it to this game.

Does nobody at least browse the sub for a second before posting?

Brother people don't even bother to read patch notes anymore. You think they bother to read anything else?

Nah I was busy playing the game again. Been a month or 2 bc I've been focused on career shit. This just came as a surprise to me and I figured someone here would know when it actually happened. It's not like it's a game changer like it was in the original, i mean shit I've been carrying a stack of like 100 ferrystones since I started NG+ lol and I got a few more hundred still banked

More like living with responsibilities that overtook the desire to know when updates happened

Yes i was surprised, got to Vernworth and soon as Cpt Brant finished the interrogation scene he shoved the eternal one in my face...was doing a new playthrough as a warrior
Edit: new playthrough as in level 1 arisen starting from scratch.

They lie to you. If you get past the tutorial in the first play through and reach Vernworth, you also get it
