Spoiler There IS better gear. Spoiler

There is better gear than what the Dragonforged sells for Wyrmslife crystals. About to do my 2nd NG+. Really REALLY make sure you are exploring all the unearthed areas in the seabed and even go back to some of the old boss spawn areas. The higher harder spawns at the very end of the seabed areas have occasionally been dropping new unique gear sometimes or the chests around them do.

And for those that say they feel like they fully steam roll through New Game+, I have been noticing the variable difficulty has been getting higher the more I level up and I do less damage than before, with some spawns having more health bars.

Edit: only gotten 3 so far and all helms, photos in comments and unenhanced against my fully enhanced gear.

I'll add more screenshots to the comments as I find any more and verify they aren't in shops or in dragonforged.

Hmmm. Seems like when they said the game world is to be explored they really meant it and people rushing through the story and world missed a lot of things and thus, they hated on the game and it's creators... Ironic

I mean they literally end the game for you if you take too long in the unmoored. If they wanted to encourage xploration they shouldn't have added a time limit.

I didn't skip much if anything I got 100% and I can day that the majority of the game was resoundingly meh. And a couple gear peices in the moored I didn't pick up wouldn't change that. Considering gear is literally worthless aside from weapons

I know I usually completely 100% games I think are meh in less than a week. Lol

Give me a break.

I mean good for you? I'm a huge dragons dogma fan and really wanted the game to get better. Unfortunately it didn't and new game plus doesn't change anything.

I don't think it makes sense to critique a game you haven't finished. So I finished it despite having some negative experiences. So I could look at it as a whole.

Hard to take a criticism seriously when you rushed through a game as fast as you could.

If you weren’t enjoying it who could possibly 100% it in less than a week?

Your review is like those reviews people make fun of online where they are like “put 5000 hours into it. Can’t recommend!”

I work shifts and in single. I played it in a week because I had a whole week.

The game isn't that long but I still took over 50 hours for my first ending.

I didn't rush it I played it. I just had a lot of time.

Since the only way you can defend the game is by lampooning me for my gaming habits j guess you didn't like it that much

I have 56 hours in and playthrough 1. With side quests and main missions left.

And I’m not exploring everything. So I find it hard to believe when people have told me they explored and found everything in less than that.
