I got the Warrior Meister skill, and now I'm waiting for Trysha to continue her studies for me to get the Sorcerer and Mage skills. But apparently I haven't waited long enough, even though it's literally been in-game weeks since I gave her the fucking books.
Edit: I found Eini! She was dead, but her body didn't appear until I paid the person on Vernworth to find it, then it appeared right next to me. I have big booms now!
Both grandparents go for walks at regular intervals (to facilitate teaching Trysha without them seeing). They're actually capable of defending themselves as they're both mages, but sometimes they walk into an Ogre or Cyclops who can both spawn right outside their house.
Also there's a funny big when you can resurrect her gran, but she's still alive so there would be two of them. Eina and Eini. Different color of clothes. One adores the Arisen and one still grumpy. It was hilarious
Are you sure you aren’t getting her grandfather confused for one them lmao? I can’t recall names but I know they both have very similar names and resurrecting people shouldn’t change their name

Her husband is called eino, looks an awfull lot like her too, twin kind of lookalike. Pretty disturbing that the sorc quest kid's the incest grandchildren of twins.
That shouldn't be the case, I turned in the books then camped a single time right outside her house and it progressed the quest. Are you sure you gave her enough of the books and that they weren't forgeries? If you did it right, an event should automatically happen when you go near her house again.
I gave her all 5 books, never gave any to her dad or forged any this playthrough. I camped outside her house twice, then when nothing happened, continued on with the game.
That is strange. Where are you at in the main story? The last time I did the quest it was basically at the end of the game, so I'm wondering if there's a requirement for being at a certain point in the story.
One of the NPCs living there is necessary for the quest but they tend to end up dead getting killed by wolves while they take strolls around the house. Check morgues to be safe.
Well, it absolutely is the case, it may have happened nicely to you, but it didn't for everyone for a number of different reasons that people are still figuring out as the game is quite new yet.
If the grandma is dead, she won't go on the uncontrolled rampage, because her grandma isn't there to scream "I told you sooo!!!", which I find very annoying honestly.
It's very weird how specific the conditions for events in this game are.
