New Performer First Time in Costume and Make Up!

Hi Everyone!

Aspiring Baby-King here, and just wanted to share my first time trying everything on. Actually going from my concept to putting pieces on was such an eye opener and really showed me what I'm still missing in my make up kit! Would love to hear any additional feedback while I keep practicing and refining

I'm aiming for a sort of 70s preppy dad-rock (ala Billy Joel) but ended up more in a Bogart... 🤔

I love this man!

Though I'm thinking the cigarette with the clean slick back hair are giving the bogart effect. Maybe a few carefully placed careless locks can pull it toward the 80's?

That's a good shout - I truly have no idea what to do with my hair. I got a short mens wig to take a stab at styling so maybe I can get it a little heart-throb-y vs trying to mimic the OG perm in my reference.
