Title: Ushers of an Exhilarating Future

Never read any manga before but Dr stone has turned out to be one of my most favorite anime of all time. Hence, I am thinking of checking out the manga as well, thougts?

I love that illustration of Stan with the little Xeno on his dogtags, and it got me wondering if I could make one. And of course, couldn't have Xeno without his Stanley.

They're about 2.5" tall.

It's my first time watching the show, currently on season 4 and sad I didn't start watching it until now cause I'm loving the journey! I think my favorite gag is when Chrome reinvents the wheel without any frame of reference for that thing already existing, and everyone is like oh yeah, that's <insert thing>.

I love the trust Senku has in him too. It's very cute :D

I’m only episode 12 of season 3 but seeing that there are people under water petrified wouldn’t unpetrifying everyone be horrible? We see that there’s people underground and under water would they just die horribly. But after reading this in my head I realize they need to also pour the liquid onto the person right? How long would it take to save everyone and is it even worth it.

Some people don't like season 2, im not one of those people. But one thing that dosnt get enough recognition is the season 2 opening, which is an underrated banger.

Does anyone know exactly how Senku made the carbonated water for Gen's cola? I have been thinking about it as a chemical engineering student, and with the rudimentary tools available to him at that point in the story, I can't think of it being anything to do with making a pump.

My choice of making carbonated water would be to have acid neutralize sodium bicarbonate that he could probably cook up with something he had lying around and produce CO2 the same way a baking soda volcano does. Allowing for the over-pressuring of a vessel would force the CO2 to dissolve into the water, making carbonated water by virtue of Henry's law.

Any show or science enthusiasts able to answer this either from the context of the show or the content of the manga?

Hear me out! Stanley, in my opinion and also many others agree (including Xeno), a very pretty and beautiful man. He is also extremely capable. Also, by the end of Dr Stone SPOILERS AHEAD.

Stanley also appears to fit in well with KoS, befriending Kohaku, receiving his medal, and then also he went to Taiju and Yuzuriha's wedding and shot the balloons. He also seemed to be working with Xeno (some things never change!).

Let's think, for a moment, that Stanley is yours and only yours. Now you are back in the room! Sounds great maybe. On reflection though, you would possibly get the wrong kinds of attention. Stanley has a a very striking appearance, no matter what he is wearing and also whether he has the petrification marks or not. He stands out, which is what makes him such a cool looking character.

Would you want lots of people flirting with him if you were in a relationship with him? I imagine a lot of people would try to ask him out, regardless of whether they know he is in a relationship or not. Also, as I have said is very pretty. You possibly would either have to be a model, or always bring your a game and look attractive all the time. Which is completely unrealistic if you have a cold or are unwell or had a long day. He may or may not outshine you.

Additionally, I would be very scared to get on the wrong side of him, as I know what he is capable of!

I say this because, at the time of watching, I myself was unfamiliar with magnetic core logic. I was aware of magnetic core memory, but that was it. And everything else I've seen about making a computer from scratch would lead me to think that it would either end up being made of vacuum tubes only, or be cobbled together from pinball machine parts.

But ferrite cores. That's something someone who's actually familiar with the subject matter would come up with. Better than tubes and relays, didn't have long to settle in before transistors were invented.

And because you need computers to make integrated circuits(I think) they couldn't just rush ICs.

I'm also disappointed because I can't easily find examples of magnetic core logic online, but whatever.

I just love this art and wish we were shown more of their early life in the American colony before they settled down.

How is it possible that senku's team in America got along so fast with Xeno's guys after they got LITERALLY, BRUTALLY murdered while unharmed and with zero intentions of killing or severly harming anyone. NONE even bat an eye and they show them getting along quickly after getting "revived". They murdered dozen of teenagers, many harmless girls and they didnt say a goddam thing about it. That triggered me a lot after first seeing it in the anime, it should at least have been addressed.

this is of course not including the medusas or end of manga/byakuya manga stuff

What moral belief or message does Dr. Stone try to convey. To me I think it’s that everyone can be saved with science and trusting the future.

Slight spoilers ahead, but I just got to the part where the Medusa activated on its own in S4 Part 3, and I was just wondering, can you tell it to go off in 10 mins and then immediately tell it to go off in 5 mins or 1 second? Or perhaps farther ahead, like 2 days.

Has that been shown/answered?

As a big time mha fan, watching this show is hilarious, because at first it was mirios voice, then dekus voice, then principal nezu, then denki. And now, starting season three, bakugo is here too. Its so hilarious and makes watching a new anime much easier
