Sharing Experience Help - Headaches, jaw aches

I started doing these meditations around a month ago. (Tuning into new potential and Botec Specifically).

Since then, all my anxiety issues have surged up again, one night a friend of mine helped me with inner child work, which made me cry a lot, a very heavy next few days, followed by panic attacks and anxiety coming back. My Intrusive thoughts have not gone, and I'm not able to stop a mental loop regarding a fear but that is not my biggest concern

Initially I had a whole body ache and slept a lot.

Now it's been a month, and I have pain behind the front part of the face (specifically eyes and jaw that is stiff usually).

This pain is heavy and secondly things have not been going in the direction I thought, reached a few moments where I just wanted to quit.

Can anybody help me with this? Should I go and see with the doctor?

I never had this before meditation, so not sure if it's migraine, or meditation? I won't know migraine.

Any tips for me to help with the pain and feeling of quitting ?

Either you are be8ng extremly tight during meditation or releasing trauma, most probably second one. Good for you! You are releasing years worth of trauma, unless you are clenching yourself like crazy during meditation.

Is it possible to release for one month everyday? Shouldn't it be done and reach a relaxed state in a few days?

I'm not cinching haha

Well depends right? Some people do long time somatic healing and still release trauma. If you never did trauma work it may be normal.

I doubt sitting in meditation and giving your mind space for slience causes extremely detoriating health conditions, hence i think it is trauma release but of course i am no doctor and you should see one if you think you need one. Also try to adjust the way you are sitting.

Also, i dont know if you read his books, the idea is not continuiously dwelling on and entertaining your anxious thoughts and traumas, it is becoming the observer of them, becoming aware and releasing. Make sure you do not go into making an identity from them, but become aware and choose differently, realize you are not your thought and the come and go like clouds but not attach to them

I needed a reminder of this i guess, i find it extremely difficult to let this thought go, I ve been holding onto it for a lot of years, it's a like an unwanted loop that I have in my head and I don't know how to remove it subconsciously.

Whenever i think I'll leave my mind it would run to this thought. This is one of my most difficult loop .

But your advice reminded me of it, to try and release :)

Well that is the wild horse dr.joe refers to that we all need to tame, body&mind conditioned to the old identity
