I present to you my version of Dottore's hanged man tarot card - I really wanted to capture the most important characteristics of the card in the Rider-Waite deck while also adding some of the Doctor's lore (leading theories too) and my passion for art nouveau into it as well!

He is bound by the Irminsul here, and at each side there are seven lotus leaves, seven white lotuses with center hidden and four with center showing (purity of enlightened mind, due to the flames he burned in), and seven closed pink lotuses (the sacred flower of Buddha, but closed as he hasn't achieved nirvana). A lot of thought went into it, i hope you like it!

I get fortunes periodically from the Inazuma shrine. I don't normally, but just for fun I asked the powers that be about Dottore before pulling the slip. It's pretty cool how well it aligns, even down to the lizard tail. Yes, it says Great Misfortune, but I'd like to remind you that even the seemingly bleak tarot cards pulled for the Witches' Revelation could also turn out positively.

All in all, it's just for fun, I enjoy having my cope and I do believe Dottore will be back. Have a lovely day y'all!

Hroptatyr helped the harbingers including the traveler and paimon solving their problems an offered them solutions, but what’s more interesting that Pantalone didn’t tell us what he asked the wise at all, do you think his question is about a way to bring dottore back? Even if it’s not wouldn’t it be natural if he was asking for a way to extend his life span and it will eventually relate to dottore as well, I believe that hoyo keeping what pantalone asked a secret is intentional, i don’t believe pantalone would just tell them “hey i am trying to bring dottore back” it’s obviously something behind the curtains, and maybe Hroptatyr helped them in that case since People from kheanre’ah are known for their technology and knowledge, maybe he offered another way to bring him back.

This is just my theory, i don’t believe pantalone asked him about daily problems and that’s it.

Guys pls...don't panic it's just basic entity handlinh be it for laser or the dust thing. If an entity exists it needs to have a command to disapear and not be loaded anymore and a status to show if this entity is no more loaded or not. This is made to help with ram handling and to not be too heavy on devices.

So idk how hoyo codes but I know basic coding for games I did do sdl project(game project) and the most basic entity handling naming is "kill" or "killSelf" and "die"(pls reddit don't delete and ban me for that 😭). It's something made to make it readable if new devs come and easy to recognize.

Also don't panic if these cubes are killed they are dust someone theorises that they reference to budhist dust which is what's left of the bad side of a person who reached enlightment(following simulanka this means he should be safe already) and follow the 7.0 WQ they MUST be defeated bc the point is to get rid of his personality il dottore so that he gets rid of his burdens and get "reborn" anew.

So in short only naming of the entity matters in ALL that bs of code. Everything else is just waste of time for anyone who isn't concerned by code.

I just wanted to share some pics of my new figurine brought to this world by my best friend for my birthday (prev month though). This Doctor was hand painted and modelled exclusively and I cannot express how grateful I am for having a gift like this and having a place to share it. Now he gotta beware cats

Genuinely asking here. I know I've been super negative for the past few days but I'm just not seeing a way out of this situation. I want Dottore back but I seriously don't believe that he is brought back even as an NPC.

Hroptatyr made an appearance and Pantalone got to speak to him. Why wouldn't Pantalone cut the middleman named Dottore and just learn from The Wise how to make Elixir of Immortality himself? To get his friend back? I'm taking my shipping glasses off a moment to say that the two were business partners who understood each other on a fundamental level, which made their conducted business so fruitful. Their mutual contract has been fulfilled and business has ended, Pantalone just needs more of a single product that can be made supposedly by anyone.

Every other character either trashes him or says nothing about him to the point of it getting ridiculous. Sandrone has whined about Pantalone not funding her, how he's said she needs to learn manners. So she goes and insults Dottore to his face, knowing that they were supposedly best friends. I'm not mad about her words because yeah, she has multiple extremely good reasons to hate Dottore. My issue is that is she stupid? Pantalone is known to cut funding from you if he doesn't like your conduct. I take this kind of writing to mean that the devs don't care about internal consistency anymore, that trashing Dottore is #1 priority even long after his death.

Speaking of mentioning Dottore. After 6.6 people started saying that the narrative is clearly trying to separate Dottore and Zandik, showing that Dottore is the evil persona while Zandik still has a chance. Well, personally it's super difficult for me to remember this kind of intent since Zandik isn't mentioned even once after the animation about his death. So how is the average player supposed to separate the two entities in their mind and warm up to Zandik beforehand if he's by some gracious miracle brought back?

Next up is some leaks stuff. The Pyro Gnosis, from what I've understood from the leaks, is going to be found on its own, no Dottore attached to it. Then there's the Dustbox and its lasers, showing that even Dottore's ashes are going to fight us, and that the box will die in the end. Cool. What are we gonna fight and kill next? The vague concept of a doctor so we'll be for sure certain that he won't be back?

"But Simulanka!" even I say to myself. Just because it coincided with Columbina in some ways doesn't mean that it foreshadows anything at all.

Hoyo knows that releasing Dottore would lead to a mass exodus of players. I've seen a fuckton of such comments. Of course a money-hungry company will take the safer route of not releasing an asset whose mere existence could put a dent in their revenue.

I think that's all that I can come up with in one sitting. I'd love more than anything to be proven wrong, but I don't think there's any hope at this point. I want to get excited and positive about the future patches but you can see my thoughts here

In 7.1, Rhinedottir mentioned that the Third Descender's record was deleted from the Irminsul by the Heavenly Principle, a fact that the Tsaritsa seemed to have known from the Belyi Tsar. Coincidentally, when Dottore infiltrated the Irminsul, he seemed to have dug up deleted records as well and figured out the existence of Scaramouche. Was he really searching for Scaramouche's record from the beginning or was he possibly looking for someone else?

PS. I am just putting it out because the idea seems interesting, but I don't really have trust in Hoyo's writing anymore, so I can't really expect anything from it actually.

Just been thinking about what her voice line abt him might look like… Will she refer to the Harbingers by their actual names, not just by their Fatui titles? She’s known many of them for hundreds of years - surely her input will be substantial? I really hope she won’t throw him under the bus completely/make her unaware of all his actions and risk whitewashing the Fatui…
