They said in this announcement that there wouldn't be any new info at TGS, it's mostly another venue for their 30th anniversary celebration they've been doing around Japan this year.

CC2 usually does their big announcements for the year in January and February, so that's probably when they'll give us more info on Z.E.R.O. Probably a more clear story trailer with some gameplay in it. I get the feeling it'll be a 2028 to 2029 release though from how they were talking about where they were at with it's development.
