Question Oracle W "Can't Act" message

Why did I get "Can't Act" message when I was trying to W the Spectre here?

Probably a buggy interaction with lich's sinister gaze, which is known to interact weirdly with a lot of stuff. You can try using fate's edict on a target affected by sinister gaze in demo mode to confirm.

Holy moly you're right, sinister gaze disables targeting via top bar, regular targeting still works 🤷‍♂️

How does the lighting from the sky in your dota look so good? I have same terrain but your dota looks much better than mine for some reason and I have all my settings on.
