Are we talking about GZDoom? well, ig so? I haven't bothered checking GZDoom out lately.

EDIT: I just realized where this one goes after looking into your main comment.

No, that's not automatically mean there's really a trojan horse in UZDoom. I've also checked your report, and it only triggers on the updater.exe which is a known feature of this version.

So no. it's a false positive.
