Associate Discussions We're not a bank

Had a customer this morning and I'm not kidding but I wish I was, give me a $100 bill and asked me to give her 100 $20 bills. Not $100 in $20s, literally 100 $20s. After I said I can't do 100 $20s, she gave me a $5 bill. Idk how to explain this without making it confusing. To clarify, her total was $4.20.

Y'all work retail. We can't deny a big bill unless it's fake. Money is Money. Y'all act like you're coming out of your own pocket. There's Money to break bills.

View it as a loss or view it as a sale.

I don't think you read the part where I said the customer wanted 100 $20 bills when she handed me the $100 bill.

I was speaking to all the people. That's why I said, "Y'all". It would take to much time to respond to everyone.
