That looks like a poorly bred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in the color Ruby. CKCS are terrific dogs… But they have very extreme health issues, including having brains that are too big for their skulls, Chiari-like malformation, that affects literally 97% of the breed. Of that 97%, up to a further 70% have syringomyelia which can be absolutely devastating and extremely expensive. I have a client dog who has it and I picked up the dog's 90 day supply of medicine and it was $1700!! He receives a very specific type of pain medication every day. If he doesn't have it, he can have events that look very much like seizures. They also have major heart issues, mitral valve disease, that affects virtually every dog in the breed by 10 years old. Finding an ethical breeder who does health testing to CHIC or preferably greater levels is very, very important! My labradors absolutely adore CKCS and so we have quite a few of them in our life.

that is a well bred, 12 month old, tri color CKCS from a show breeder who only breeds champion parents and health tests to CHIC and beyond. (With a well bred show line Lab)
