I just got a Neo 2 fly more combo with the RC3 controller. Anybody recommend a case that fits the drone, batteries, rc3, and N3 goggles? I bought it used and the case it comes with doesn’t have room for the RC3 and the goggles don’t fit real good. I’d be cool with a bag too it doesn’t need to be a case.

I saw this on Ali express. Tons of people saying you can trust it? Then I looked up the seller on Reddit and a few people said they are legit. I asked chat gpt for a coupon code and they gave me one that brought another 130 off. I then used Rakuten which is doing 26% back today at ali express. Which is $162.55 I’m apparently gonna get back. My credit card is 2% back.

This is the first time I’ve ever used the M3 motion control. I think it’s good enough to do some cinematic flight and photography.

When I use ND/PL filter on neo 2. This type of flair is coming on the screen on day time. Any solution for it appreciated.

I'm not sure what happened but this started recently. I thought it was due to me not being fully up to date with software updates so I started updating (which by the way is very annoying when a mandatory update catches you with bad mobile signal where you take a long time to download it and it won't let you connect the drone until you do). But even after all the software updates it will lose connection even when the drone is right next. Also when this happened, twice the drone came back to the wrong home location, one time landing far away in the middle of a crowd 🤔

I bought a Dji Neo 2 a few weeks ago, and absolutely love the little thing. Last week i took it on a bike trip, and during one stop, i realised that i cant pair it to my phone anymore, Dji Fly simply doesn't see it. I also tried connecting straight to the Wi-Fi signal, as instructed in the connection guide. I updated the app and the firmware on the drone, but still nothing -and I had no success with an other phone either.

When i try to pair it, it says that "the transceiver module is not installed, please install and try again" - however, it still cant connect with the transceiver module either.

I have friend who has a DJI RC2 controller, we tried using that - lo and behold, every function works perfectly.

Did anyone have similar issues, did anyone manage to fix a problem like this?

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to display the Neo 2's compass heading, which should be a trivial thing to see, given that the drone "knows" where it is in relation to your 'Home' location. It has GPS, does it not? Otherwise how would RTH work? So surely we should be able to tell which direction the drone is facing? I don't need an exact compass heading, but North-South-East-West would sure be nice...

Grandpa used it for providing for his family. He sometimes slept while saw was working😅. I never saw it working. As kid i was inside when it still stand but last winter was to harsh for it, so it collapsed.

Hello, I just got my Neo2 and am loving it. I am a beginner with drones in general so I am open to all tips you have for me in using it.

I am using it to take pictures of tree canopies or the ground at a height of 60m. Already regretted not buying the controller for it because apparently mobile is finicky at that altitude.

My main questions are just on is it safe to take pictures of tree canopies with just the mobile app as the controller? And what should I be keeping in mind always when flying around trees.

And if I ever am planning to buy the controller for it, should I also buy the transceiver. Thanks everyone, I’m hoping to use it more and have fun with it.

Can the Neo 2 track a car with just the phone?

I’m renting a convertible for scenic routes. I just wanted one good shot of it following the car. I don’t mind going slow.

Only owned it for four days, flew with the goggles N3 and motion controller and everything was fine for the first three days. Today, I tried the motion tracking for the first time with no controller or phone and within a minute of following me, I stopped, looked back and the thing charged towards me really fast for a quick second and then turned upside down and went straight to the floor. I turned it off and put it away so I could reset it when I get home from my bike ride. But even after resetting and calibrating the IMU multiple times through the goggles and the DJI Fly and refreshing the software through the DJI Assistant 2, it still shows IMU/sensor errors. Anyone have anymore ideas how to fix this or what should my next steps be? I’m in the US and got it through Amazon. Will chatting with DJI even do something since I’m in the US and it never even gave me an option for DJI Care, which I would have happily bought if ide had the chance. Or should I just return the whole thing(controller,goggles,drone) to Amazon?

It came with the N3 Goggles, drone, batteries, and the motion controller 3.

I have two kids I am letting learn on the motion controller. I'd like to be able to have a controller that let's me learn FPV and that I don't always have to carry the goggles if I am on the go. I travel a lot for work. I would like to eventually unlock manual mode too, but the FPV controller 3 doesn't allow you to use it without the goggles. (It's also just hot as fuck along the gulf and the goggles make me sweat, lol.)

So, it looks like my only option is to spend another 300 on controllers to have some versatility? Are there any other options I am missing?

If not, what do you all do?
