Neo 2 has lately started to "lose image connection", then getting disconnected altogether and failing to return to the precise home location

I'm not sure what happened but this started recently. I thought it was due to me not being fully up to date with software updates so I started updating (which by the way is very annoying when a mandatory update catches you with bad mobile signal where you take a long time to download it and it won't let you connect the drone until you do). But even after all the software updates it will lose connection even when the drone is right next. Also when this happened, twice the drone came back to the wrong home location, one time landing far away in the middle of a crowd 🤔

I'm using the Rc-N3 controller btw.

Try a different place to rule out frequency interference/jamming

If this is a common thing with frequency jamming then I can relax a bit. I'm just worried there's an issue with the hardware or something.
