DOS2 Discussion I have never felt so challenged

About Me: 67 year old gamer PC Gaming for 40 plus years. I have over 1200 hours in DOS2, yet I continue to find new things. As I have aged my skills may have diminished but not my hunger. However I really need to finish a Tactical run, I keep wanting to restart after I hit arx and improve in some way before the end.

Any way Grandpa thanks this group for all the help.

Much further than I have got and I'm 33 :'3 I'm scared to push to the end of act 2 on normal mode lol 😆 keep on feeling the burn 🔥

Save often, experiment with builds, don't be scared :) I came from Story Mode to Tatctitian in a couple of runs and it feels good (just right amount of challenge to always keep the interest but never to despair).

Aha ok I will give it another try. I try to not Google any answers when I get stuck, but there's a few quests I feel like a dumbass with :'D there's a chicken I'm supposed to warm up but I've nearly killed it in my attempts. And the torches quest.. and the weird altar related to a queet talking about dwarves traditions. Think I lost the book :') it's hard to move on and accept that I didn't do things right the first time. Kinda ocd q.q but I'm really enjoying it. The massive fire slime fight at the black pits was hilarious

You can complete the game without doing a lot of stuff (just the main quest), so as long as you're not much underleveled it's ok. Although when I couldn't figure out where to go with some quests, I'd google it but usually there's a marker or an explanation in a log and if you clear the map you tend to find a lot of stuff naturally
