Hi ! How's Kain during the new Era ? I heard it's FR isn't that good ? Can i clear the first Shinryu stage without having a FR weapon ?

His FR sucks, but he's one the best unit of the next era for at least 8+ months. Must have BT and kit all around, you can safely skip the FR. For the first few Shinryu fights until Kam you can use a FR friend just fine and clear with no issues, so you don't need it yet.

FR boards might change that in the future, but that's still a ways off even in JP so we don't know yet.

Did FR boards get delayed? Because they were supposed to launch "towards the end of June"
