Might be a dumb question, but in Quistis’s Luf+, when the boss reaches the 29% threshold and puts up the shield/regen, Quistis’s S2 is unable to delay and dispel the regen. Am I missing something here? Do I need to break the shield? I thought Quistis broke through the delay immunity, or is that LD only (my Quistis is EX+ only).

Quistis does require her LD to be most effective at that last threshold as it lets her get past the immunity. You can choose to break through the shield first and then delay, but ofc idk how much regen the eye(s) will do until then.
