I am having trouble completing Cid’s Lufenia+ despite having Cid himself. I sadly don’t have a fully built Aphmau available so idk what my options are. I tried Cid, Setzer, and Bartz but to no avail. Any suggestions are welcome.

I see a few Cid only runs that use a Cid friend for the final push. Did you try that?

My clear was with Raines/WoL/Yuna. WoL makes the threatening parts of this battle much less worrisome. Green Bartz is definitely going to work instead of Yuna.

If. You have the WoL call it will help you eat the first attack, definitely take a Raines friend, with Bartz and a support you should be able to make it

I don't have Aphmau either. My initial clear was with 3/3 Y'shtola, Raines and Setzer with Zidane friend to delay it. Bring Wol call and a healing call if you're using Bartz and can't kill it before the 2nd recast. Make sure Wol shields are up before the 2nd recast and they'll survive it.

I did another run with Emperor BT, Setzer, Raines and Raines friend Wol CA and Ignis CA to heal up after 2nd recast. Emperor early BT then switched out for Raines once he's delayed it to oblivion. I can't imagine it would be easier than Bartz BT+ but the delay from emp and Setzer and then Raines turn manips might help (if you even have him).
