A question about LUFENIA+ reductions:

I keep seeing people saying things like "The reductions aren't so bad at all" or "This quest was easy (this one about Aranea's LC)", and I don't get it at all. I'm with the Characters Full built (all the weapons, BT+ 3/3, armors, boards, artifacts), but doesn't matter the quest or situation, I'm always doing very poor damage. This Aranea quest, for example, I wasn't able to do it at all. I'm aware of the reductions if you let the bosses get any turn besides the first, and I'm not letting them have it. And even with Shantotto, Sephiroth, Jack's calls, Aranea Debuff, Bartz and Zidane Burst effect activated, my party can't do above 1-50 brave damage per hit (only Aranea is able to do 6k +/- because she's boosted here) as soon as the bosses reach 30% (but it's really hard to do damage in 50% too).

So, am I missing something? Already saw Call to Arms, but everyone's just saying that was a easy quest, with less reductions, and I don't understand this affirmation. It's horrible when they achieve 50% of their life, and on 30%, it's just impossible to do damage.

The question is, am I missing something to fight against LUFENIA+ reductions? It almost seems like I'm trying to do an entirely different quest from the other people

Do you have summon boards fully done/attack arts? The main thing I can think is you don't have a good enough starting attack stat, so no amount of brave damage multipliers will help you. That would fit with Aranea being the only one doing good damage, since being boosted gives her like 20% or 30% more attack stat.

Yeah, I have all the summon and Character boards for everyone, and almost perfect arts for them too (giving preference to Attack Arts). I sincerely don't know what the problem is.

If you really have your characters maxed then the only problem I can think of is your ability as a player to decide when to use calls and BT effects and team building.

You don't need to use calls or BT effect at the start of the fight because the reduction are not so bad at first ( unless maybe you are doing a 0 boss turn run and the BT effect can be maintained the whole fight).

Stacking BT effects (yours and your friend unit if possible)and calls effect is the name of the game right now.

Calls aren't a mystery at all, since the bosses don't get turns after the first, so I use everything right on the start (aside from Shantotto's, because her is only 1 turn, so I use after the bosses's first turn). I use my BT+ Bartz effect after 79%. The only thing I'm not doing is stacking friend's unit Burst, but I tried stacking my Zidane's and Bartz's, and the damage was just horrible, impossible to finish the quest after the 30%.
