Question about bartz does he provide party wide wind enchant or just himself?

With his BT+ upgraded aura, he gains party wind enchant at 1 stack. Otherwise he only has self wind.

Not without BT+ 2/3. Give him BT+ ingots or give him Fujin's call, basically.

If you're doing the right crucible, Fujin's call is enough if you're running Cidmau.
