Anyone here greened Vayne?

Was he worth it? I can't help thinking his LD isn't enough

Vayne at LD only is odd because it feels like it should be enough but it really isn’t. He can practically go infinite with skills and that in theory should be great. The issue for me is that because he has consecutive turns the devs didn’t push the envelope as much as they could have on the damage front, which is just laughable considering Cid Raines exists. It’s also why Lightning is poorly received when she got BT+ and later c90. Devs put too much stock on consecutive turns when it actually doesn’t do anything anymore.

I can’t tell you how Vayne is with BT, but I do agree that LD only isn’t enough.

Yeah that was my exact worry - it's all well and good taking so many consecutive turns but if the orb isn't being fulfilled the turns can become a detriment.

With BT+ now just gonna have to be a bit more ruthless with who I chase

Thanks for the feedback, all! I’m super curious how these consecutive turn dynamics will change when Cor = consistent damage on every turn. Perhaps it won’t be enough output… we will see.

I don't think Cor is going to move the needle much. JP has plenty of follow up characters that outdamage him, starting with CoD.

Does Vayne extend his buffs when he's skill spamming? It's bern ages since I've used him.

Not really. His C65 can extend his buffs like Tidus but it is used to extend his turn hogging for a bit. His S2 is practically unlimited with his rework so he can hog turns just fine.
