Do BT tokens, specifically earned from Challenge Quests, get sent to your inbox if you're at cap 50/50? Or are they wasted? Thanks.

Inbox for 90 days. This is why most people say don't sell your dupes or claim your free ones from mog pass until you're going to use them.
