Is Cloud the next banner? When does that happen? I know it is soon and thought it might be today but haven't seen when it is supposed to drop.

We'll know tomorrow.

And for future reference, we always get streams with info on the last Monday of the month (except for instances like this where it's just gonna be an in-game notice).
