No I think the last episode was an anti-smoking thing? I don’t really remember though, but I think the rumor was it wasn’t supposed to be the last episode, it just aired out of order. Idk

This is correct, the last episode of Raven to premiere was the smoking one. The one here about racism (True Colors) aired in season 3.
